Quickshot has it's uses, just get creative. Think about building aroud the skill. Also note it doesn't remove preperations like barrage....

My personal favorite things against it are...distracting shot. Diversion. Any time there's a spammer, they will get pwned by these two skills.

You do get increased energy from morale. Playing a caster class with Evergy base of 30 (or higher), it's a lot more noticeable.
