I would tend to think of any 55 or 105 build could work.I haven't doen this yet still want to do it with my Warrior and Ranger first.

I use frenzy in PvE when I use my shock frenzy build.There is nothing wrong with using frenzy in PvE as you know what you are doing.

Just give them what they and if they mess it up well tell you told them so.I just prefer not to argue.
