Everything can drop dye, but dye in general is a rare drop. especialy black. I've never gotten a black dye drop with any of my characters, but...

I know I've said this before on other post, but It never hurts to mention it again. The Devs of GW made the dyes different then real life. So...

The last update from arena.net, fixed a minor detail. Characters wanting to go down in the Fissure or In the Underworld, now have to be ascended....
