I like the idea that collectors and crafters carry different skins for their weapons. This can only improve the game.

It's because Burning Speed doesn't actually cause elemental damage, it causes a condition that is burning.
We don't need players showing off their "leetness" in towns. We have our high end armor skins, that's enough.
