I'd be inclined to salvage for the Insightful Staff Head, or sell to someone who wants to salvage.
If you sell the whites to the merchant, ID them beforehand. Their value will go up if ID'ed.
Prob 50K or so. Not sure. I was going to say more, but there is an auction running for a Firewand the same as yours except it has Energy +5....

There is another wand req 12 Death, +5 en > 50% for sale here with no offers but a higher S/O....
I use the standard N/Mo 55hp build to farm. It's simple and effective. Not sure if you have a preference for N/Me?

If you salvage it you should be able to sell the haft for at least 5K. Don't know how easy that would be though.
