heh. i was that "another guy." i happen to have a war/mes and i like having vs hexed weapons. anyway, i won't outbid Ruoenkruez. so...

you might want to start by putting the condition on the damage mod (while hexed or hp<50%) and the percentage of the swordsmanship pommel.
