personally I get the feeling it is a bug, as sometimes it has been dropping off for me after 10hits, instead of 8s. Other times it sticks to the 8s.

If I could get a decent ballpark that would be awsome

/signed doesn't really affect anything important, as it would work the same with a ignore/friends list person as them making a new character....
