i agree with the /faction thing, ive only recently started doing HA but have lots of faction and experience from GvG and i refuse to play IWAY so...

Live Vicariously DOES work with Barrage (as in you get it per arrow, not per salvo) as i use it for my R/Mo ELC(and other places) farming build :P

New Ritualist class has various ways now, including ones that add vampiric damage (cant remember name), Brutal Weapon amongst others
