/signed I imagine alot of people have these collecter items just rotting away in the bank accounts, I don't see why they can't be upgraded...

At 20%, you have a 1/5 chance of taking 5 less damage, whereas with a -2 in stance/enchanted shield, you will take a total -10 damage from 5...

Again, take away the reason why people farm in the first place, and less people will bother doing it.
