A hammer/smite w/mo can do pretty well with Devastating Hammer, Crushing Blow, Hammer Bash, and Holy Strike. (In that order.)
Much as it would be nice to see them, it's really not a good idea. Warriors in PVP only bother with shields because they have an empty hand...
