Yeh good idea, but this had been discussed already. I think were now at the point where the suggestion is a toggle button for skills, attributes...
I think a level cap increase would be good as long as the following applied... (1) Your health only went up by a very small amount each level...

Pandora's Box also made a cool suggestion of a favorite skills tab in your skills menu for accessing the skills you use most.
