The best way to counter DoT is to remove the hex or the condition. The best way to heal damage is to heal it when its needed, not trickle it in....

It's like an auto interrupt on one spell + a backfire effect, but only on 1 spell + a short duration. It sounds a lot more useful than it...

ANet has changed this skill. Spamming it for self-heal was an unintended function.

They don't "stack" but the game tests both chances seperately. So you have two 20% chances of faster whatever. Sometimes both chances...
