Happens to me occassionally, it seems to fix itself after I kill the enemies though.

I've seen shields that were -2 enchant, -3 hex, and -2 x%. Never found one myself just seen them.

Also Crystalline Swords drop in FoW for sure, although the drop rate is extremely low. A decent Crystalline can sell for a few hundred k.
