i saw gold shield with the same mods as malignons. dont have war so i'm not sure about req - but mods were same.
i bet she/he used to play diablo 2 and has nice habit to count their inflicted/received damage. the rest is history and alot of good gw players...

u can use mogriff's scepter its +10% rech/cast speed req 9death, better than collectors wand i think.
