its fixed now to where if you dont meet the req, you still get a base % of the energy, same as the old CoA scroll

its easy, buy a few stacks of tickets, leave on overnight with char on center square, rinse and repeat. i did that last night only and got home...

theres another quest where you can cap way of the empty palm though. i have it on my sin and no ones seen this guy until now
