it said nothing. I changed it to random euro server and it connected. go figure.

No firewall, connected to irc.gamesurge.net, random server, default port of 6667... same setup I had my old mirc running with on XP and it worked...

no matter what selections or setup I run with it, it will not connect

if mirc didn't hate my vista, id come give ya a shout

My current setup = AMD 64 x2 5600+ (2.8 gig dual core) 3gig ram 2x 8600gt vid cards 64 bit vista No problems running guildwars at all with 80+ fps...
