PvE mesmers arent to great as most monsters dant have good monks that need shuting down PvP Mesmers Own.

Only thing i can think of is that its a bug that gives +23 energy after 20 seconds even if you have a 20% enchant mod. So the enchant carries on...

Im sure theres a cap on it, isnt it like 66% or something?

PnH while not the best for energy management atm, but theres bonuses to it too 2 monk backline, 1 with PnH covering both monks, other monk running...

In arenas i always took mend condition to heal party members and mend ailment on myself. Mend ailment on 1 condition was pretty poor heal imo....

I think hes on about EoE in general and not Edge Bomb, If IWAY disapeared you wouldnt see any teams take EoE unless they were edge bomb.
