So the people with slow comps can play... it's less load on them.

It's a quick damage to their health, and it lowers healing on that character by 20%... i'd say it's a very good thing... stack that...

It's a mystery to all that don't know... Now a days, we can't tell where were farming or chest farming to get gold, or it will turn...
