The last mission puts you in a special shopping area I believe, and that's where you get the Canthan 15k armor.

I think access to HzH/Cavalon and the lands beyond is restricted until you're farther along in the plot.

The most common bug in this mission, where Togo doesn't move after you finish the first big fight, seems to be caused by the Mhenlo team...

No, a warrior cannot have 3+ arrows of energy regeneration unless an energy regeneration enchantment is used on them.
