Yeah i get where your coming from but what would nice if monks had some sort of skill the for like 5 seconds improves monk spells and skills...

their should be like 2-6 sub-professions like ninja (assasin) brawler, fencer (lighter more agile, unique hit-and-run skills) , and for like monks...
