I agree with the OP. Although I don't mind much of what you mentioned, rank, faction, and most especially skill are so blatently ambiguous...

I'd personally say rangers are the better interrupters. I've played both, and I love the mesmer, but I think rangers can do it better....

I'd personally like to see Extended Range bow strings. Or Bow Shaft of Flight, where the arrow has a 10-20% chance of double speed.

I think what they did with the quests are not bad actually. Especially the Sarrows Furnace quests. The missions as well can be pretty interesting....
