Your not far enough ahead yet keep playing the main quest, the game will tell you when its time.

Have you played through much of the main quest? If not you evntually get a quest that will take you to one or the other.

Theer are some PvE challange missions that give factions depending on how well you do, on top of that i have about 8 quests that give something...

Play in Cantha for awhile they two have theer own temple of ages, not called that of course.

Just out of interest is the luxon one working? Today i went to get amber from teh Kurzick one and he just stares at me no pop-up or anything.

Haha least you get to play when that thing runs out I have to wait, shop wouldn't give me it early yestereday no matter how much i tried to...

Its only 7:27am here I have to do something till 9am when the shop opens to get my copy hah

For me the clock on the site still has 40 minutes left so wait till that runs out and check again
