I think that may have to do with post-proccessing effects. To remove it just uncheck the box some where in the options I think.

Well in theory if there was one round every 10 secs and you were standing on the corner, and the corner always won... That would be 5.5 tickets...

/signed I love the idea of the skill unlocks per account instead of character. I think it would help the game more than hurt it.
