Made mine the day the Tengu Festival started. Has 2 sets of 15k armor but is just sitting there while I work on taking other characters through Elona.

If I had to guess I'd say W/D with Mystic Regen and Mystic Vigor. Probably using Auspicious Parry, Dual Ripostes, Dolyak Signet, and some...

Yup, all dyes EXCEPT white, look like that. White actually makes the stormbow whiter and looks pretty cool.
