Lotsa people ignore team chat a lot of the time unfortunately. If this is not the case, it's probably cuz they went afk.

Yea, hero skill trainers are pretty lame. If I need a skill unlocked, I'll just go faction farm RA for a lil bit and unlock it with Balthazar...
