balthazar's spirit + bonetti's defense + sprint is what i use. no essence bond, i use blessed aura when i'm using shield of judgment.

duo the underworld for ectos and golds or you can always kill trolls, minos, griffons, or even hunt ids... up to you :P

rust isn't an issue if you don't have any signets... like the monk solo build

you can select people on the minimap while in Observer mode (for gvg/tombs) i don't see why this can't be implemented... i just...
