Minions are VERY affected by proximity shouts. Before Golem, I used to use "Charge!" on them. What seemed like a zerg coming at the enemy...
I say, Spirits... no. Mainly b/c spirits aren't managed or bound. If the R or Rt dies, the spirit remains in effect. With Minions, yes....
