You need energy management in that build, thats where 90% of pve monks lose out, i use mo/me for energy, skills like insp hex and channeling do...

Perhaps using faction to buy skills for a pve character, like "1k and one skill point" or "5000 Faction".

100k is too much, ive seen it going for 60~ in LA. Perhaps if it wasnt a green item it would be worth something, but without +5 energy its pretty...
