I don't get it, what so wrong with Collector's Item and Green Items? They have perfect stats, a low req of 8, green has good skins,...
I currently uses only green/collector's item, and it doesn't put me at a disadvantage at all compare to all those people with 15>50...

I think something like 5 energy, 5 sec duration, and 20 sec recharge is fine, perfect to use when your monk is about to be shock/adrenal spiked...
That's why there's perfect collector's and crafter's weapon availible for people to use. If those people think a less good looking...
