i did it with a minion master with well of power and bone fiends and bone horrors and we just stayed at king and 2 rangers at the catapults and...

i don't think its possible to take fame away unless the gm's do it. but don't think so.

its like 1 day and ur lvl 20 in guildwars, that's if you do it right. else you take like 2 weeks max.

i had some from aatxe but never outside the uw -_- guess you all are very lucky
