at least a hench should join if anyone parts the game
if any green shield (which has to have new stats) is better than this collectors shield, this shield would be imbalanced >> won't exist.

the thing is: +30 -5 20% is TOTALLY without any conditions. this is just a shield u can use EVERYTIME EVERYWHERE. EVEN ALWAYS IN PVP. think about....
if you all are right, why the hell did anet remove the +45/-2 enchanted shield ? think about...
