I just tried it, killed the boss outside of waking waters (Kurzik), no green, killed the henchie team, still no green, and no gold.

It's got to be a bug that will be fixed, otherwise you farm for a green, it doesn't drop, get henchies killed, they drop it. Yea right

If you want greens, first find some bosses that are easy to get to. If you can solo them great, if not take as few as possible, and just kill him...
