Hmm... so being the great PvP player that you are you can never think of the moment when you are being ganked and may need to heal something else...
In case you didn't read any of the previous posts...Life stealing hexes are an unreliable source of healing and do your party no good at all,...
since the sickle market was all about the skin...unless you have a gold max dmg 13% something, it's likely worthless now
