Use a whirlwind/aftershock build with armor of earth and kinetic armor with the troll cave. You take barely any dmg, and aura of restoration heals...

Well, for high dmg very quickly, were a person needs insane amounts of fast healing (a spike per say) a Monk is far far better then a ritualist....
