I would not buy it there, just to be safe. I think you cannot use Korean cd keys on Euro and US accounts...so maybe it's the same for Chinese.

I run 600 hp. That 100 hp IS worth the loss of some damage %. You're gonna get spiked in PvP. More health = more buffer so your monks can heal...

The whole point of going assassin for IW would've been doublestriking daggers, but I don't see any daggers mastery at all.

Yeah 13 CS is a staple attribute for most dagger sins.

Same here. It maximizes to your primary screen. You have to use alt tab. I sometimes use windowed mode though.

Take the 5 first skills of this build. You can fill in the rest, and replace the lead and 2nd dual attack if you want.

Yeah don't use sups or major, especially as a beginner.
