Napui Drops you off at Senji's Corner. To get to zin ku you have to complete Tannakanai Temple.

Its easier to get from Cantha to ToA than it is to get to Zin Ku from Tyria. Plus the statues are well hidden.

Unconditional weapons with no penalty (like -5,-10 armor -1 hp/energy degen, etc) only dropped in the betas, and dont drop any more.
