Heart of shadow is great in RA/AB/any other scrub PvP or PvE, but crap in other situations because sins are meant to kill stuff fast
If PvP and PvE didn't use some similar skills, they might as well make 2 different games. One aspect will always have an influence over the other.
You're better off dropping some expertise, since 16 is really overkill... I suggest fitting in some PvE-only skills on that bar to improve it...
Yeah, I have issues with energy too when I maintain mending on myself and try to cast healing breeze. It bugs me.
It's not very strong when used in PvE (unless you take Watch yourself instead of Fear me). Even then, I can see pure sword warriors outputting...
