They should do this, except match them against GvG teams so it doesn't take 10 hours to wait for a ladder match.
I believe that is what the EotN rep skills are for.
It generally gets deleted within an hour of creation. We don't check the forums and refresh it 24/7. If you want to pay me $60 an hour instead...
I think the whole point was to discourage pure spear/leadership bars.
