looks like it's a monitor issue, not a game issue. i don't see it on my end.

my HD4850 does it too. or more precisely, the screen tends to flicker once on loading screens. i think it's common for all radeon cards......

check the DVI cable connection to your monitor (as in, the socket on the monitor) to see if it is connected properly. if that doesn't work,...
