Dunno if it just me but i cant seem to open any build mentioned besides stepper assa... Is it just me or does anyone else experience same problem?

Write down what u play more PvP or PvE? I am asking this because i d like to ses the percent of PvE toward PvP players. I play PvE in 98% of time.

/signed especially i agree with dead town suggestion... now there waay to many dead towns/outposts especialy late missions which is realy...
