in ur troll pic it looks like they are scattering because there is one out side the aggro so ur build does scatter

u can maintain it cast mantra of flame, essence bond, balths then have a ranger cast that spirit that turns all physical dmg to ele dmg
you use barrage 2 monks 1 warrior 1 monk bonds warrior and stays back then send warrior in and barrage
pay $10 for a extra char slot create the other char and see how you like it
