Silly moko, you should know people on this forum don't actually read the attribute line descriptions. They just know that higher number = better.
If you want single target dps and interrupts, use [skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Burning Arrow[/skill][skill]Distracting...
Don't see how this would get past the graspings. Even if you managed to, you wouldn't have enough damage to kill the smites because of RoF...

For PvP, melandru. The rest are pretty crappy. For PvE, melandru > lyssa > dwayna > grenth > balthazar.
The game is balanced around high-end pvp. Since this skill was overpowered in high-end pvp it was nerfed. Izzy isn't going to un-nerf this...
With 12 leadership TNTF can keep up your AR. Anthem of Flame is also a good shout to keep it up if you're not running 12 leadership.
