Ive tried with Order of Pain skill, but so far its waste of time tho.. I wouldn't suggest to use OoP since you dont have time to fight that much.

Also in quest named Assist The Guards, deep in sewers is boss named Waeng which drops dagger too.

I have found a way that Mark of Pain is useful on the start island, for those Crimson Skulls just use MoP then chain those attacks. works beuty...

Yeh, i have found few of those green items, good for starters since they non max. I got atm Yingtos Claw (or what was it?) and Jins Bow.

I cant even think about how did you get thru the Tutorial of Factions. There was like 10 different gates you had to wait, makes me laugh, really...
