ya I did it with my chars before, Prot spirit and mending :P. No need for fancy runes your health is already low.
Dodge, Zojuns Haste, Natural Stride. Use dodge, Natural, Zojuns, Natural, Dodge, Natural...I think you get the idea :P run forever with 33% speed...
