You can just go to the Skill Trainer at the end of each campaign and check against them, as they have all the non-Elite skills of that campaign.
Not bad, but I would stick Mysticism at 9 or 12 for the breakpoint of energy return from enchantments.
A lot of towns have skills from earlier towns. Ember Light Camp has all the non-Elite Prophecies skills.
Evis > Cleave in spikes. I think the point of your build isn't the best in PvP. The people will most likely be spread out, making Epidemic...
SS is nice...and it's not a hard cap.
