This basically is inplace to stop people being lazy and making henchmen, pets and other NPC allies doing all the work.
I always end up making my own party, people are d**** and tend to not give necros, rangers, etc... a go... its all WARRIOR this and MONK that....

The way I see if World at War is a unbalanced design, I play on the US servers for the better number of English speaking people.
