Its fine the way it is...if it was changed you would see a evicerate @ 16 saying it deals +250 damage or something. (really more like +60) plus...
Making a 20/5 mod would still be useless. Sundering SUCKED before the upgrade. If someone had a 10/10 sunder mod, it should have been useless...
