Axe is the best weapon, followed by hammer. Swords are good for soloing because of riposte skills though.
Email support, they had this problem back when prophecies was released so I am sure they know how to deal with it.
Black widow comes as a lvl 20 Elder Black Widow. There isnt a "regular" one (which would be elder anyways)
