i would prefer that it always dazes.
rezd monsters shouldnt get more drops. I would say 50% should have rez sigs, and more monsters have a perma rez. Not everyone brings a rez sig in pvp.
Every outpost is rather close. I would not like to start in dangerous areas when I log in....bad idea.
