Gaile was in Kamadan today (log on GWO), but there's one line that peaked my concern (bottom of the second picture of those logs) ...what?!...
As I said, increasing the cast time to 2 seconds, and reducing the recharge to 1 second, would fix the skill.

Both look cool on paper, but both fail in practicality as well. Neither one of them fair particularly well with Henchmen. But Dervish fare better...
